A the Wild Atlantic Way discovery point Mountain Stage, you can enjoy a breathtaking view across lush, green hills and Dingle Bay. The old railway track from Farranfore to Valentia used to follow the coast parallel to the road. There was also a stop called Mountain Stage nearby. In the immediate vicinity are several tunnels and the remarkable Gleensk viaduct from the glorious days of the railway era.

Mountain Stage is located on the Ring of Kerry, about 8 km west of Glenbeigh.
